Mission plane project:

Christian Wings for the World is working with Steadfast Ministries, who is working in Mexico.  We need wings, flaps, ailerons, struts, control cables that go in the wing and the attaching hardware.  after the airplane is airworthy we will need paint supplies, avionics and other materials and parts to make it ready to go to Mexico.  We estimate that we need around $15,000 to accomplish this project.  We have been blessed to have received over $5,000 so far.  If the parts were donated we would not need so much money.

PTL The wings and control surfaces have been purchased and installed as of Nov. 8th. 2007

The airplane is a 1958 Cessna 175

Christian Wings for the world is donating the shop time to complete this project.

Lionel Smith of Christian Wings for the World in Ironton, Missouri is helping Glenn Wied, of Steadfast Ministries in Galeana, Mexico to prepare this airplane for service.

This airplane will be used in Mexico, first to spread the Gospel, used to drop flyers during Doctors campaigns, and it will be used with other ministries for the promotion of the Gospel.

I do not want to limit God. I believe a minimum of $15,000 will put this airplane in operative condition for the mission field in Mexico. Please HELP! Pray!
