Lionel & Sara Smith

Lionel and Sara Smith, founders of CWW, work full-time for the ministry. Sara is vice-president and the office administrator. Lionel is president of the board and in charge of the day-to-day operations of the ministry. Lionel has many qualifications he brings to the ministry.

Certified Flight Instructor Certified Flight Instrument Instructor Multi-Engine Instructor Licensed Ground Instructor. Commercial pilot with instrument rating for single-engine land, single-engine sea, and multi-engine land aircraft. Certified Airframe and Powerplant mechanic with inspector authorization.

Over 12,000 hours of flight time Over 8,000 hours instructing student pilots Graduated mission pilot training in 1993 from New Tribes Missions. Instructor: Paul Dye FAA appointed Accident Prevention Counselor 1973-1998 Pilot since 1963 Top

Greg & Elaine Gale

Greg is the treasurer of CWW. He is a certified Airframe and Powerplant mechanic and supervises the apprenticeship program for A&P mechanic training. He has short-term mission experience in the Philippines. Elaine, when available, helps in the CWW office. Top

Joe Barker

Joe Barker volunteers as a Certified Flight Instructor for single-engine aircraft. He is an airline Captain, retired from TWA. He has logged over 24,000 hours of flight time. He started his career in DC-3's and was flying 767's and 757's at retirement. Top

Jim and Pat Gale

Jim and Paat serve as communications officers for CWW. Top
